For electronic products, an unboxing video is required for claims involving a damaged, wrong, or defective item. The video should clearly show the package from the beginning of the unboxing and the condition of the product and packaging.

Awaaz Shop Pk does not offer monetary refunds for Cash on Delivery orders.
Where a return claim is accepted under our applicable return policy, the available remedy may be replacement/change of the product, subject to product availability and verification of the issue.
